One shared parking space is available on the property. Please note that events are not permitted on the premises. The accommodation is in a quiet, secluded location right on Lake Simssee, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains, set within a nature reserve. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails nearby. Lake Simssee is just a 3-minute walk away and offers several public swimming spots. Lake Chiemsee can be reached by car in 15 minutes, and Rosenheim, Munich, and Salzburg are also nearby. Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought by guests.
